Via PayPal, Foothills Flags & Poles is capable of accepting payments in various world currencies, especially US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, and Euros.
Shipping Information:
Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service-Priority Mail or Priority Mail International, unless otherwise specified. Once orders are processed, it can take between 2-3 weeks for delivery. *For international deliveries: Shipping charges do not include customs duties that individual countries enforce. Governments impose customs duties separately. Before purchasing for an international (non-US) delivery, please inquire with your country’s customs authority to learn about customs duties and rates.
Please indicate any deadlines in your order, comments, and choose the appropriate shipping method. Bulk orders or rush orders may sometimes ship factory direct.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If for any reason, within 7 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original new condition for a full refund.

Returning Items By Mail:
Pack and seal your return product securely. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Custom orders are not returnable.
Credit Card Refunds:
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds on Shipping Charges:
We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong product or the product is defective.

Sales Tax:
We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the State of Tennessee. Flagpoles, other states flags, country flags and other flags are taxable in Tennessee, as are all shipping charges.
Payment Information:
a) Credit Cards: We accept AMEX, MASTERCARD, and VISA.
b) Checks: They may require bank clearance before shipping items.
c) Money Orders are also accepted.
Do not send cash. When sending a Money Order or check please include All ordering and shipping information on a separate document (Which flags, quantity, and fabrics, such as Nylon and/or Polyester).
Privacy & Security Information:
We do not supply, share, lease, or sell our clients’ information to any third parties. Credit card information is deleted from our server regularly to protect our customers. We screen diligently for credit card fraud to protect all credit card system users.
